4. Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made on Paper Play. This means that when you purchase a product, you are buying it from Paddle, not directly from Paper Play. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Terms and Conditions in addition to these Terms. By making a purchase, you agree to both sets of terms. You can review Paddle's terms at paddle.com/legal/terms.
Paddle is responsible for calculating and collecting any applicable VAT, sales tax, or other transaction taxes based on your location. The price you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes for your region.
5. Payment and Pricing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. The final price at checkout will include any applicable taxes for your region.
6. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds and returns for digital products.
7. Limitation of Liability
Paper Play is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
